Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received and the order confirmation e-mail is sent. When the tyres have shipped you will get another e-mail with the tracking number. The delivery time shown on each tyre is an estimate and counts from the moment of dispatch.

If a tyre is not in our warehouse we order it from the distributor; in that case the delivery time shown on the tyre already includes it. If a delay occurs for reasons outside our control, we will inform you of the new delivery date.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery methods and their price are calculated and shown at checkout depending on the number of tyres and the delivery address. Usually available:

• Courier to the given address on working days.
• Parcel locker, when the tyre size and quantity fit the locker dimensions.
• Pickup on site with no delivery fee, once the order is prepared and you have received the notification.

Delivery outside Latvia

We deliver to European Union countries; costs are shown at checkout. We do not ship to countries under an EU export embargo. Any import duties or taxes applied in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

Tracking

After dispatch you receive a tracking number by e-mail. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system. If the shipment has not arrived within the stated time, write to order@redparts.lv with your order number and we will find out where it is.

Returns and exchanges

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The tyres must be unused, unmounted, without mounting marks and with the manufacturer's labels. The return shipping cost is paid by the buyer; we refund within 14 days of receiving the tyres to the original payment method.

If a tyre arrives damaged or does not match the order, write to order@redparts.lv with the order number and photos within 3 days of receipt. In such cases we arrange the exchange or refund at our expense.
